Safety checklist

Do not book if you have:

- Untreated pneumothorax (collapsed lung) (the key “do not proceed” contraindication).

Postpone if you currently have:

- Cold/flu, fever, heavy congestion
- Ear infection, sinus infection, severe sinus pressure
- Persistent cough / chest infection symptoms

Check with a clinician first if you have:

- Significant lung conditions (e.g., COPD, history of spontaneous pneumothorax)
- Uncontrolled asthma
- Seizure disorder
- Pregnancy
- Recent ear surgery or serious ear problems

Possible side effects (usually mild)

Ear/sinus pressure discomfort is the most common. Temporary tiredness or light-headedness can occur. More serious complications are uncommon and are typically associated with higher-pressure medical protocols and specific risk profiles—screening helps minimise risk.

FAQ

Is this the same as hospital HBOT?

No. This is mild hyperbaric in a soft chamber up to 1.5 ATA, provided as a wellbeing and recovery service. Hospital HBOT uses different equipment and medical protocols for specific indications.

A standard session lasts 60 min., including pressurisation and depressurisation. There is also an option to book an extended 90-min. session for a longer experience.

Some people book a single session for relaxation/recovery. Many prefer a short block (e.g., 5–10) to see how their body responds, then maintain with weekly/fortnightly sessions.

Relax. Most people listen to audio, meditate, or rest.

Some people notice an immediate calm/refreshed feeling; others feel benefits build over several sessions. Responses vary.

Better to postpone—congestion makes equalising harder and can be uncomfortable.

Often yes, but it depends on your medication and health profile. If unsure, check with your clinician and tell us during screening.

A single 60 minute session costs £60.
A single 90 minute session costs £75.
A package of 10 sessions costs £500 (£50 per 60 minute session).
A package of 20 sessions costs £900 (£45 per 60 minute session).
